Yoga Flow with Mara x The Fontaine
Join us as we flow poolside on the rooftop of The Fontaine. This nonintimidating yoga-flow led by sought after yoga and fitness leader, Mara Olney, will be dynamically-fluid, and strength-building, with variations for all fitness levels. Move your body, and connect with your breath, as you elevate your mood and increase your well-being. Stay for a dip in the pool or brunch at The Parker!
